CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 72 HOURS TO DEPARTURE WILL INCUR A 50 PERCENT LOSS OF TICKET PRICE. CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HRS OF TOUR DEPARTURE OR FAILURE TO TAKE UP THE TOUR WILL RESULT IN A 100 PERCENT LOSS OF THE TICKET PRICE.

Vagabond Cruises:

Minimum 14 days notice is required for a full refund to apply, there's no refunds for cancellations after this period, change of mind or no shows on the day of the cruise. Tasmanian Hikes:

Cancellation and Refund Policy Guests canceling their tour up to 8 to weeks prior, a full refund less the tour deposit [$500] will be refunded. If guests cancel a tour less that 8 weeks up until the pre-booked departure date, no refund will be given. If guests wish to transfer their booking to another date this can be done up to 8 weeks prior only. Should a participant/guest need to leave a tour once it has commenced, due to a medical emergency or any other reason, no refund, partial or in full, will be given. Should Tasmanian Hikes have to cancel a tour due to lack of numbers, guests will be given 14days notice. If we canâ€™t offer you an alternative tour that would suit you, we will refund your payment in full less a 5% administration fee.Â The 5% administration fee is 5% of the tour cost. Tasmanian Hikes reserves the right to vary, cancel or postpone a tour due to unsafe conditions such as severe weather, floods, bush fires or sudden track closures. We reserve the right to cancel a tour, in whole or in part if it is necessary to do so due to a force majeure event. Â Tasmanian Hikes strongly recommends that suitable travel insurance be purchased by the traveller to cover any financial loss, due to your own cancellation, or if Tasmanian Hikes has to cancel a tour. Tasmanian Hikes will not be responsible for your travel expenses or losses arising from a cancellation.Â We also strongly recommend that comprehensive travel insurance be taken out against loss of baggage or any medical expenses.

Photography Tours:

All bookings are 100% Non Refundable â€“ In case of not being able to attend you must contact us by no later than 24 hours before the date of the booked tour for possible transfer to next available tour. You may find a replacement to take over your booking as long as they present the original Tour Voucher with your signed authorization. Upon accepting these Terms and Conditions, you hereby indemnify Sydney Photography Tours and/or its tutors against responsibility for any accident, loss or injury suffered during the course of activities. Should at any time the supervisor consider that you require medical treatment, you consent to Sydney Photography Tours obtaining the same at your expense.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

Go Ride a Wave:

Cancellation (within) between 48 hours â€“ 7 days prior to lessons will result in a 25% cancellation fee. Cancellation (within) less than 48 hours prior to program will result in a 100% cancellation fee. A full refund will be given if lessons are cancelled due to weather/ surf conditions.

Brisbane Cruises:

72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded. Four and six weeks is required for special events.

Adventure Moreton Island:

If you decide to cancel your tour, refunds will not be permitted Requests for Reschedule; More than 78 hours prior to travel date : $5.50 pp fee. Less than 78hrs prior to travel date : 100% cancellation fee. No Show : 100% cancellation fee.

River City Cruises:

Terms and Conditions: All cruises are subject to tide, weather conditions and minimum number of passengers and may be changed without notice due to conditions of the day. We reserve the right substitute vessels and or skippers and crew and shall not be liable for death/injury to any persons or loss or damage to property due to personâ€™s negligence. Should a cruise be cancelled due to tide and or weather conditions, a seat on the next available cruise will be offered or a full refund will be given. However should a guest cancel, the following cancellation fees apply: 24hours in advance - no fee; Less than 24 hours or failure to board - no refund given.

Eco Safaris Queensland:

Cancellation Fee: Within 48 hours â€“ 20% of fee, within 24 hours â€“ 100% of fee PLUS any fee incurred by activities ESQ books with external companies.

Air Whitsunday - Whitsundays Seaplane:

100% fee applies to services cancelled within 24 hours of departure.

Bruny Island Safaris:

Cancellation Policy Within 24hours of departure 100% of tour price. Disclaimer â€“ Bruny Island Safaris (BIS) reserves the right to amend itineraries or cancel tours due to unforeseen weather events and seasonal availability of some gourmet products.

Fantasea Cruising Sydney:

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Brisbane:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply when a booking is cancelled with between 72 and 24 hours notice. Cancellation fee of 100% may apply for a tour cancelled within 24 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Tasmanian Seafood Seduction:

Bookings dates are fully flexible, customers are welcome to contact us directly to change their tour date at any time, subject to availability. If you wish to cancel your booking, the following cancellation fees may apply. For cancellations within 48hrs of departure, a 50% cancellation fee applies. For Cancellations within 24hrs of Departure, no refund is available.

Explore Group:

If you cancel more than 48hours prior to the cruise, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 48hours and 24hours prior there is a 50% fee. If you cancel within 24hours of your tour or are a no show on the day there is a 100% fee.

Absolute Airlie:

Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be processed for no-shows on the day of the tour. Tours may require a minimum number of bookings in order to run. In the rare event of minimum numbers not being reached, management reserve the right to cancel the tour and customers will be offered an alternative day or tour (if available) or full refund. In the event of tour changes or cancellations due to extreme weather conditions or National Park closures, customers will be notified by Absolute Airlie management and a full refund OR exchange to another tour or date will be arranged.
