Go West Tours:

Guest cancellation of any tour, in less than 48 hours prior to tour departure time will result in a 50% refund of tour farepaid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a tour will result in a total forfeiture of the tour fare.

Australian Day Tours:

DAY TOURS Â· Tours cancelled within 48 hours will incur a 50% fee. Â· If cancelled within 24hrs of travel or passengers Fail to Load 100% cancellation fee applies. . Concession Fares - Valid for Australian and New Zealand Pension and Senior Card Holders. ACCOMMODATED/OVERNIGHT TOURS Â· A $150 cancellation fee applies for accommodated tours cancelled 3 days or more prior to departure. Â· Accommodated Tours cancelled within 3 days of departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Â· 100% cancellation fee applies if cancelled within 24hrs of departure or if passengers fail to load.

Jungle Adventures:

Jungle Surfing is an all-weather activity and continues to operate in wet conditions. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours of tour departure. 10% cancellation fee for all other cancellations, in addition to any cancellation fee charge by booking agent. Under extreme weather conditions, if operator cancels tour, a full refund is available.

Kookaburra Showboat Cruises:

Any refund will incur a 20% administration fee; there will be no refund for any cancellation within 21 days of your Cruise Departure date & time. Cruises are subject to minimum numbers.

Brisbane Cruises:

72 hrs notice is required for general scheduled cruises. Cancellations within this time will not be refunded. Four and six weeks is required for special events.

Rottnest Fast Ferries & Tours:

All tours are weather permitting. All appropriate concession cards must be presented at the office prior to collecting your tickets. We have a no refund policy; however we can offer a credit note valid for one year for any cancellations that are made at least one hour prior to tour/ferry departure. Any no shows or cancellations made within one hour of departure will result in all pre-payments being forfeited. A no refund policy applies once payment has been made. Credit notes are valid for 1 year and will be issued instead of a refund.

Adventure Moreton Island:

If you decide to cancel your tour, refunds will not be permitted Requests for Reschedule; More than 78 hours prior to travel date : $5.50 pp fee. Less than 78hrs prior to travel date : 100% cancellation fee. No Show : 100% cancellation fee.

Scenic Hinterland Day Tours:

Notice of 72 hours notice is required to receive any refund if YOU cancel your booking. Our company has the right to cancel bookings, substitute vehicle, alter itineraries, optional activities and prices without notice. Our company or any of their affiliates will not be responsible for any unforeseeable events or break downs which may effect or alter the contents of the tours described nor will they be responsible for any death, injuries or losses suffered while on board any of our vehicles or during transferring of passengers from vehicle to another vehicle, or during optional tour/s activities as you acknowledge that some of the activities have some risk/s factors. This company is not responsible for any goods left on the vehicles. Children 1-12 years must be accompanied by an adult. Under 1 years FREE. FREE TOUR OFFER: FREE tour is per person, not valid with any other discount and redeemable within 30 days from date of the 1st tour. Tours must be paid in full before the first day of travel.

Captain Cook Cruises (WA):

Cancellation or Changing Passenger Numbers. Cancellations received with more than 72hrs notice prior to tour departure may receive a refund. Cancellations within 72hrs of departure no refund will be issued. IN ALL CASES NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR 'NO SHOWS' All postponed cruises are treated as cancellations.

Eco Safaris Queensland:

Cancellation Fee: Within 48 hours â€“ 20% of fee, within 24 hours â€“ 100% of fee PLUS any fee incurred by activities ESQ books with external companies.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Skydive Newcastle:

Only available to people living in Australia. Will have to show some form of local ID . Bookings must be made, and jump completed by November(unless cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances and rebooked). No refund available once booked. Bookings are required and subject to availability. Minimum age is 12 years Non transferable and not available with any other offer. Weight restrictions and surchages over 95kgs apply and subject to Tandem Master on the day.

Fantasea Cruising Sydney:

Gray Line Sightseeing Day Tours - Gold Coast:

Cancellation fees of 50% may apply for any booking cancelled with between 72 and 24 hours notice. Cancellations fees of 100% may apply to a tour cancelled within 24 hours of travel or when no notice is given. Cancellation fees imposed on Gray Line by our suppliers will also be passed on. Tours may be cancelled at Gray Line's discretion in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

Sydney Pearl Cruises:

No refunds provided for cancellations.
