All trips are subject to weather/tidal conditions. All prices and schedules quoted are subject to change without notice. Trips may be cancelled at the discretion of Reef Magic Cruises Pty Ltd. Cancellation fees may apply.

Quicksilver Cruises:

For cancellations within 24hrs of travel may incur a cancellation fee up to 100% of the cost of the booking. On rare occasions, services can be subject to the effect of weather or unforeseen circumstances. Should a cruise not operate for any reason passengers will be offered an alternative day of travel or a refund will be authorised. A change of travel date can be made to your booking without incurring any cancellation fee. The minimum age for scuba diving is 12 years. Certain medical conditions and medications may preclude some people from diving.

Cruise Whitsundays:

Bookings cancelled within 24 hours of departure incur a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are charged 100% of the tour cost. Cancellation 24 - 48 hrs prior to departure incurs a 50% cancellation fee. Transfer to another Cruise Whitsundays cruise - no fee.

Emu Run Experience:

CANCELLATION POLICY All cancellations must be emailed to info@emurun.com.au Emu Run will charge the following fees upon cancellation: Day Tours 4-30 days prior to departure â€“ 50% cancellation fee on full cost of tour Within 3 days of departure â€“ 100% cancellation fee on full cost of tour Camping Tours, Overnight Tours & Packages 8-30 days prior to departure â€“ 50% cancellation fee on full cost of tour/package Within 7 days of departure â€“ 100% cancellation fee on full cost of tour/package BOOKING AMENDMENTS All booking amendments must be emailed to info@emurun.com.au The following applies to changes to tour type or departure date of an existing booking: 8 days or more from departure â€“ any difference in tour prices will apply Within 7 days of departure â€“ full cancellation fees and the full cost of the new tour will apply If you fail to join a tour, join it after departure, or leave it prior to its completion, no refund will be given. CONFIRMING YOUR TOUR All bookings must be confirmed a minimum of 72 hours before departure by email or phone. WHAT TO BRING Day Tours Travel voucher, water bottle (capacity 1.5-2 litres), strong non-slip walking shoes, hat (wide brimmed is best), flynet, sunglasses, sunscreen, camera, casual and comfortable clothing (cool, light clothing is best in summer and warm clothing for winter), travel pillow (longer day tours only), swim wear & towel (for tours to West MacDonnell Ranges, during summer only). Camping Tours Travel voucher, water bottle (capacity 3 litres), strong non-slip walking shoes, hat (wide brimmed is best), flynet, sunglasses, sunscreen, toiletries, torch (flash light), swim wear, towel, camera, casual and comfortable clothing (cool, light clothing is best in summer and warm clothing for winter), travel pillow, a small overnight bag (please leave your luggage at your Alice Springs accommodation due to space limitations on the bus). 2 Day Package Travel voucher, water bottle (capacity 3 litres), strong non-slip walking shoes, hat (wide brimmed is best), flynet, sunglasses, sunscreen, camera, casual and comfortable clothing (cool, light clothing is best in summer and warm clothing for winter), travel pillow. SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & FOOD ALLERGIES We provide healthy, quality meals on our tours. We are able to cater for one of the following special dietary requests upon request: vegetarian, gluten free or dairy free. If you have a food allergy (eg peanuts) please advise at the time of booking, and carry any necessary medication with you on tour. AGE & FITNESS LEVEL REQUIREMENTS For our camping tours, the minimum age is 8. All travellers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who will be responsible for their care. Any packages that include dorm accommodation are not available for children, however we can create a suitable package for families upon request. We have no upper age limit on our tours, although some trips can be physically demanding. For our camping tours, a real spirit of adventure and a medium level of fitness is required as the tours are fast paced. It is important to note that Central Australia experiences extreme weather conditions during summer. Participation is required from passengers on our camping tours for things such as meal preparation and firewood collection (as requested by guide). TRAVEL INSURANCE Emu Run recommends that all travellers take out travel insurance to protect you from costs of injury and cancellation fees. PHOTOS & MARKETING By booking our tours you consent to us using images of you that are taken on tour for any advertising or promotional purposes. You grant us permission to use these images royalty free for publicity and promotional purposes worldwide. TERMS & CONDITIONS Emu Run Experience reserves the right to amend the itinerary of any of the tours and arrange alternative carriers to those advertised if necessary. No refunds will be given in these circumstances or in the event of any delay, curtailment or alteration of a trip resulting from any cause including severe weather conditions or mechanical failure. A minimum number of passengers is required to operate each tour. It may therefore be necessary to cancel a scheduled departure and to offer an alternative or full refund for that tour. We accept no responsibility for loss, stolen or damaged property and recommend that all passengers take out adequate travel insurance. Emu Run will accept no responsibility for any injury, illness or other such accident sustained whilst on tour. Any children travelling will be the responsibility of the parent or guardian. All passengers must wear shoes at all times, and be wearing hats and sunscreen. DATA PRIVACY POLICY Your privacy is important to us. Any personal information we collect about you may be used for any purpose associated with the operation of your tour and to send you marketing material in relation to special offers or events. Emu Run Experience may disclose information to our agents, suppliers or service providers to enable us to operate your tour. We will not sell, trade or otherwise transfer information you have supplied to us. We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. UPDATING THE CONDITIONS OF TRAVEL Emu Run Experience reserves the right to update and/or alter the conditions of travel and fine print at any time. It is the agent and passengers responsibility to be familiar with the most up to date conditions of travel, which are available on our website.

48hrs cancellation notice required for full refund.

Calypso Reef Cruises:

Cancellation fees apply if less than 24hrs notice is given prior to departure.

Bunyip Adventure Tour:

Passenger cancellation/date change of any tour, in less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to a departure time will result in a 50% refund of money paid. Cancellation within 24 hours of tour departure or failure to take up a booked tour will result in a 100% forfeiture of the tour fare. Please note also that a â€œcancellationâ€ includes a change to the date of a tour booking that requires the original booking to be cancelled.

GBR Helicopters:

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to flight to receive 100% refund. (Note: Bookings travelling from 5-17 February 2016 will require 7 days notice for cancellations, not 24hrs) Minimum 2 passengers to confirm bookings.

Magnetic Island Sea Kayaks:

1. The travel date of the tour may only be altered with more than 48 hours notice to Magnetic Island Sea Kayaks (MISK), prior to the originally booked tour. 2. For tours cancelled more than forty eight hours prior to the originally booked departure date then monies will be refunded, less 25% to cover agents and MISK costs incurred in the original booking. 3. No refund will be given, or departure date altered, for tours cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the originally booked departure date, or for persons who do not show for departure. 4. For tours cancelled by MISK customers will be transferred to another tour. All monies will be refunded for customers who are unable to transfer.

Adelaide Sightseeing:

Cancellation of a booking, or part thereof will incur the following fees: Â· More than 30 days before departure - $50 per person Â· Between 7 & 30 days before departure - $50 per person or 50% of total cost whichever is greater Â· Less than 7 days before departure - $50 per person or 80% of total cost whichever is greater Â· Within 24 hours of departure - 100% of total cost No refunds will be made for services not availed once travel has commenced. All refund claims must be made in writing. Amendment Fees: Due to the complexity, staff time & communication costs of the booking process, a charge of $22 (incl GST) may apply to each modification made after the original booking.

Hartleys Crocodile Adventures:

Cancellation Policy Packages with transfers, meals or personalised wildlife experiences: Outside of 24 hours - no charge. 12 - 24 hours before arrival - 50% charge. Less than 12 hours before arrival - 100% cancellation fee applies.

Autopia Tours:

Terms and Conditions: Although every effort is made, Autopia Tours shall not be liable for any illness, injury, damages, loss, delay or failure to join the tour that may occur due to factors beyond our control. We highly recommend all passenger have travel insurance coverage. Autopia Tours retains the right to alter routes, itineraries, bus type, fares, days of operation or even cancel tours if unforeseen circumstances occur. Other accredited tour operators may be used on some tours. Accredited Bus Number: AC003612 Cancellation Policy: Cancellation within 2 to 7 days of departure prior to departure will result in a 50% loss of the ticket price; failure to board or cancellation within 48 hours of departure will result in full fare forfeiture. Autopia Tours will not be held responsible for passengers failing to familiarise themselves with the booking terms and conditions.

Air Whitsunday - Whitsundays Seaplane:

100% fee applies to services cancelled within 24 hours of departure.

Ocean Safari:

Cancellations are accepted up until 5.00pm the night prior to the tour.
